Caffesso Indiano Chill-latte Recipe
Ingredients
1 Caffesso Indiano Coffee Capsule (or your favoured Caffesso blend of coffee capsule)
3/4 cup milk (use whole, almond, oat, or your preferred milk)
1 tablespoon condensed milk (optional, for added sweetness and creaminess)
1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste; or use a sweetener of your choice)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (for a hint of spice)
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for added warmth)
Ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Brew the Espresso:
Brew the Caffesso Indiano coffee capsule using an espresso machine. You should have a small, strong shot of espresso. Sweeten and flavour the Milk.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, condensed milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and cinnamon.
Heat until warm and the sugar has dissolved, but do not boil.
Stir occasionally to blend the flavours.
Combine Coffee and Milk:
In a tall glass, add ice cubes.
Pour the brewed espresso over the ice.
Slowly pour the sweetened milk mixture over the coffee.
Mix and Serve:
Stir gently to combine the coffee and milk.
Top with whipped cream if desired.
Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or nutmeg.
